As an experienced couples counselor, I aim at helping you to have the best relationship possible. My approach is informed by the three major psychologies of couples work--Imago Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Gottman Therapy.
These methods have different strengths and accents; in their different ways, they foster change and growth through empathic understanding, emotional connection and constructive behaviors. Different couples need these different emphases at different times. This integrated approach establishes a safe environment for relationship issues to be worked through and positive change to be accomplished.
